One of the most rainy cities in the EU is Ljubljana in Slovenia (1368 mm rain per year). We offer even for this city — and any other city inside the EU — a rain insurance.
But as these locations will almost certainly have one, two or even three days of rain during a one-week trip, we offer you contracts with a deductible for rainy locations and dates.
In the contract data overview, you could see the following then:

Non-insured days (you receive a payout for each rainy day above this numbers — this also means only if it rains on more days than this number): 3
For a one-week trip with 100€ payout per day this means on a very rainy location and date the following:
- 7 rainy days: 400€ payout
- 6 rainy days: 300€ payout
- 5 rainy days: 200€ payout
- 4 rainy days: 100€ payout
- 3 rainy days: no payout
- 2 rainy days: no payout
- 1 rainy days: no payout
- 0 rainy days: no payout
